Request from the EU Commission to EBA, EIOPA and ESMA

The European Commission is asking EBA, EIOPA and ESMA for technical advice on digital financial services. The request covers, among other aspects, the regulation and supervision of more fragmented or non-integrated value chains and advice on lending to non-banks and the protection of customer funds, as well as links to the Deposit Guarantee Directive.
