New transatlantic data protection framework

On 3/25/2022, the European Commission and the United States announce that they have agreed in principle on a new transatlantic data protection framework that will promote transatlantic data flows and address concerns raised by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the July 2020 Schrems II decision.
