DIMCG report: Advisory report on debt issuance and distribution

The Debt Issuance Market Contact Group (DIMCG) has published an advisory report entitled "Advisory report on debt issuance and distribution". It aims to identify ways to improve the efficiency of the debt issuance and initial public offering process in the European Union. The report focuses on further harmonisation of certain aspects of the pre-trade and trade issuance process of debt securities. These can make today's largely manual processes more efficient and improve risk mitigation.
