BaFin has set itself ten medium-term targets for the years 2022 to 2025The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has set itself ten medium-term targets for the years 2022 to 2025. The targets have been published on the BaFin website and cover the following topics:
- Stability and security
- Operational resilience of the supervised companies
- identification of problem companies
- intensification of money laundering prevention, strengthening of collective consumer protection of balance sheet control and market supervision
- integration of sustainability and innovation aspects in supervision as well as own modernization and human resources development.
